It's that time of year again...another cycle of evaluation and assessment. Hingga kini, aku masih tak pasti sama ada penilaian yang dibuat itu benar2 menggambarkan kerja sebenar..sebab banyak kes yg kedudukannya di antara markah2 yang diberikan..

Tapi kalau itu sistem yang dipilih, nak buat camana kan..Saya yang menurut perintah..
Aku dah cadangkan buat retreat..workshop utk nilai sama ada target yang dibuat dan kaedah pengukuran itu valid dan seragam..tapi tak taulah kalau cadangan tinggal cadangan..harap2 dipertimbangkan.

Sedang aku belek2 topik on self evaluation, aku nampak satu kuiz ni...bagus jugak utk menilai kesesuaian kerjaya dgn kita..tapi bila dapat keputusan..ngeh3 aku masuk kategori..Artistik dan berikut adalah bidang yg sesuai dgn diri aku..

Artistic: Painters, Singer, Musician, Actor, Dancer, Fashion Designer, Photographer, Modeling, Theatre, Jewelery Designer, Interior Decorator, Beautician etc.

Alamak..takde sebut pun keje leberi kat sini...tapi semua yg di atas tu pernah aku buat...hihihihi..in your dreams babe!
